They do not have a solid re-hab program. If you need to use the workout room you are on your own, you must get up and walk there with no assistance, no one to monitor your progress or make a schedule to properly regain strength or the ability to walk a little more. You mostly sit in bed while they collect the Medicare money, when asking to leave and go home due to the lack of real treatment all you are told is we will talk to your doctor and you never get a answer back. Its been over two weeks and no answer from them or the doctor they "were suppose to talk to" All they are concerned with is the money in there pockets not taking care of you.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They are completely committed to helping their residents feel as comfortable and well cared for as possible. My brother was here for 2 1/2 weeks. The staff was so compassionate, caring, and happy! The physical therapy was amazing! Ken, my brother's favorite therapist was absolutely wonderful! We all thought my brother would never walk again, nor use his right arm, but he went home today using just a walker! I love this staff and the Director, Novie, is an Angel.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
