I think this is the most ridiculous place I've ever visited for nursing home care. If you ever buck the administration on anything they do, they threaten to call adult protective services. When they threatened that for me, I called them myself. The outcome for THEM wasn't pretty. The nursing staff sits at their desks all day long with room alarms ringing non-stop. No one moves away from that keyboard. Then, when confronted, they tell you it's a "behavior" that these poor people are exhibiting. Not only do they treat them like a burden to them, they lie about when admin is contacted about it. I will never take anyone else to this place EVER! My mother is dying and these people want to make threats that they're going to throw her out or contact APS because we challenged them? They act like petulant children!
