Terrible service. Slow to assess and provide needs. Doctor came infrequently (every 2-3 days). We never knew if and when the doctor would show up, and the staff of course had to wait to get permission from the doctor to give the needed care for our family member. Patient got worse while staying there. We couldn't wait to get him out of there.

I had a family member entered Rainer Vista a week ago after a 2 week stay in the hospital. I have visited everyday to check up on him and his progress. He has very positive comments about his over all stay to date. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. And the food isn't bad either.
What I have witnessed is also very positive. Staff is quick to answer any question or address any concerns I have. He is getting the necessary help so he can keep moving forward. His attitude is much more positive then it has been in the last few months.

MY name is Stanley and my wife Diana entered Rainier Vista care facility on Nov 1st for physical therapy after knee surgery. She has received the finest quality of care from the day she entered. The staff are friendly and professional and always willing to help in any way they can. I am particularly with how they really do care about their patients and our their advocates in every way. They have been a tremendous help to us and I can whole heartedly recommend them to anyone seeking rehabilitation care for a loved one. I checked out about a half dozen facilities before choosing Rainier Vista for therapy. They are really the best of the lot.

I believe that most of the staff is professional, but I've had difficulty on several occasions getting a phone call through, or transferred to someone who could help me with my questions. They seem to be short staffed; long waits for patients needing assistance. The facility appears to be clean and well maintained, and the food prepared for patients nutritious and well-balanced.
