The equipment at this nursing home was current and safe and I knew that my loved one would be receiving the highest quality of care. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
