It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

The staff is very attentive and caring to their patients. The administration and nursing staff are wonderful. If there is any concern, they address it promptly and with concern. There is a relaxed atmosphere there and visiting at any time is never a problem. I can not say enough about the nursing care and how they work as a team.

The room is spacious and it is clean. There was lots of available parking at their facility. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

I feel very comforted knowing my loved one is in good hands, having caring, compassionate care and if a problem arises it is addressed quickly, professionally and I am made aware of problems immediately.
