The waiting area was overcrowded and cramped. No one greeted myself or my family. As it was our first visit we were unsure how to find my Aunt!

The [lace was clean enough but the overwhelming smell of urine was hard to take. bathrooms in rooms were cute but out of the 1960s.
Cannot see how the elderly or disabled could use them!!
