They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.
