Susan answered the phone. She was very cheerful and sounded helpful. She placed me on hold; after 6 minutes, I finally hung up.
I will not be able to know any of the services because I couldn't get past being on hold so long!

The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time.
