they let my mother fall multiple times she died after the last time she fell

1 .Unsanitary floors, walls, bathrooms
2. Nauseating odors throughout the facility
3. Puddles of urine on the floor - When this was pointed out to a staff member, she responded, "I'm not the cleaning lady."
4. 90% of the times I call, no one answers.
5. Staff do not seem to know patients - where they are, their condition, meds, etc.
6. A patient fell and was taken to the hospital - the patient was still in the hospital five days later and no one from PCC had called the resident's contact person. Resident's brother(designated contact) found out when a family member called the facility to say they were coming from out of town for a visit.
7. Preceding a Thanksgiving visit, we notified the facility three times in two days and asked if they would let our uncle know we were coming to take him out, and to please have him dressed and ready by a given time.
When we arrived, the nurse in charge said he was ready. Our uncle was ungroomed, undressed, and in a urine soaked bed. The floor of his room was covered in pools of urine, dried coffee, and other filth.
8.We are relocating him.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

I absolutely love this place!! My mom's here and all the nurses love her... She's always clean and comfortable which makes me feel like they rock!!! To Kristie thanks for all you do!!

The did not provide us with complete information. Rather than work to make this a short term stay for my mother, they seem to have done everything to obtain her Social Security check. Avoid this place. I am filing a complaint.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
