They lied to me. They told me my mother would have no copay with her insurance. 3 months after her discharge I got a 8k bill. I mean numerous attempts to speak with the director. No one would even call me back. Was was done is not right. I would say it should be criminal.

This place should be closed. It is dirty and has a bad odor. The staff is so disrespectful and has no regard towards the patients. Patients were left neglected for 45 minutes with no Cna assistance. I heard a patient called for a bed pan for 25 minutes before someone went to her assistance. The staff is extremely unprofessional. CNAs were using their phones while assisting patients. I worked there for 3 weeks and was sick to my stomach as to how this place is still in business. They cursed at the patients and treat them like dogs. At times the patients shouting for help without any assistance for at least 15 minutes. I want to know who do I report this nursing home to. It's indeed sad for the patients that are there.
