I would not and could not recommend this facility. I had a parent there for a short time, who was there for rehabilitation. They were placed on the nursing care side of the building, which would be understandable due to room availability, however they were never moved. I asked many times and it was blown off. Every day I went there, I never saw a single person in the room tending to their care. They declined rapidly and began hallucinating. I didn't realize at the time that it was, because they were so dehydrated. They were always thirsty when I came to visit. There were always patients/residents in the hall, which makes sense, however was disgusting when I saw about 10 elderly patients placed facing the nurses station with a huge TV behind them with the menu on it. I brought my parent to another facility asap and the improvements were amazing!

They gave about the same level of service as other senior care facilities - average. It is often very difficult to find parking. Many guests frequently have to park off the pavement. Their facility really needs to be updated to include the grounds. The rooms need painting badly, the beds are very old (hand cranks) and in need of replacement; however, I'll say the lobby is well maintained and nicely decorated. Shortly after I placed a relative in the facility I received a Care Plan Conference letter for me to discuss the care of my relative with the staff. The meeting was scheduled in the morning of the same day I got the letter. I informed the staff they need to get their letters mailed sooner as people aren't readily available anytime. Two months later I got another letter one day before the scheduled session. Poor scheduling!

They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
