Pacific Coast Manor was recommended to me by several people who had been patients there. They could only say how well they were treated by staff. Parking was sometimes a drawback, but I found this to be a greater problem at five of the best rated nursing homes. Pacific Coast Manor has the best overall rating of all of those in Santa Cruz County, five stars.
The staff treated me with complete professionalism, friendliness, compassion,and care during my five and a half weeks stay there. I wept as I was leaving there, knowing that I would miss all the friendsI had made,but going home made me happiest of all.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
