Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Not the worst, but certainly not the best
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

My grandmother was a resident at Our Lady's for about 3 years. They took really good care of her and the staff was always very friendly.
