My mother was having hip surgery and her doctors told us that she would probably be in need of therapy before she was able to return home. They suggested we take a tour of Ottawa Pavilion, and it was very helpful! The staff was very friendly and kind. There were a lot of activities going on and we were able to see the therapy department in action. All of our question were answered and the staff worked hand in hand with the social workers at the hospital to take care of all the details for us. Mom was there for 3 weeks after her surgery and has been home and doing great ever since! Highly recommend for anyone who needs therapy during their transition between the hospital and home!!

One of the first things I noticed about this facility was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. The staff have been very professional and courteous from the very beginning of our initial meeting. They have been very considerate and caring throughout this whole process of placing my mother. I appreciate the kind words of encouragement along the way during this transition of my loved one! Your staff has helped make it easier for both of us! Thank you!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
