My mother was in here for rehab. The nurses all looked like residents--and they never responded promptly when I called them from my mother's room. When they did show up, they seemed confused or were downright rude and obnoxious. There was a LOT of screaming in the hallways: residents rolling around on the floor, shouting obscenities, yelling, walking into rooms aimlessly. It looked like a scene out of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. Mostly, I found the nurses to be cold, obnoxious and rude. They weren unwilling to answer my questions and concerns.

The social worker met with us the first week of my mother's stay & we told her where we wanted her placed. 4 weeks later they told me I had to make the calls and the arrangements - they never made even one call! I do feel the nurses were nice and kind. The food was excellent!
