One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
