Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

My dearest friend was in this home for 1-1/2 years. I visited every day. I live in St. Louis. - 100 miles roundtrip. I was very pleased with their care. They were loving and kind and I could not ask for any better. My friend was in the Alz. unit. She just passed away recently. I thank the Lord for BHC in Desloge, Missouri. They loved her and I know she loved them. I will never forget their love and kindness to my friend and me. Thank you BHC in Desloge, Missouri.

NHC Desloge really does care! They cared for my mother during her last days and we will be forever grateful for them! There is no comparsion

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

A little, it was faint but I noticed one

Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

No, it took a while
