I recently had the privilege of staying at Mount St Rita Rehabilitation Center, and I can’t express enough how positive my experience was. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in caring and capable hands.

Exceptional Treatment: The nurses, aides, CNA’s, and therapists—all of them—were outstanding. Their dedication to patient well-being was evident in every interaction. They treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine concern. I truly felt like an individual, not just a patient.

Late-Night Wanderings: Due to my sleep and RLS (restless leg syndrome) disorders, I found myself wandering the corridors during odd hours. And you know what? It turned out to be a blessing. I stopped by every room, chatted with fellow occupants, and observed their contentment. The atmosphere was one of compassion and understanding.

Smiles Everywhere: The staff’s smiles were contagious. Whether it was a nurse checking vitals or an aide assisting with daily tasks, their warmth made a difference. I witnessed firsthand the tenderness they showed to everyone, regardless of the challenges they faced.

Some of the staff weren't overly rude, but they weren't very polite either. I have recommend this place to people I know though they do seem to be changing the way they do things. They were suitable. The building was easy enough to find and is located in a beautiful setting. Their equipment really needs to be updated and less pool staff used. The meals are adequate but lack variation and activities, while quite frequent, could use some variation for all levels of cognitive and physical functioning.
