Very short staffed. The admissions director, does not care if they have the staff to care for the patients. She just cares about bringing them in and getting her bonus.

My mother is here due to her having a heart attack and us not being able to care for her in her home or ours.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Many of the things my mom complains about is stuff that she never lets the nurses or staff know. Once she brings up her concerns it is either rectified or explained to her what is going on.

The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying
