Holes in the walls, tiles cracked and falling off in the bathrooms, facility is in desperate need of major repairs. The poor souls living in these conditions is deplorable. The "for-profit" owners should be in prison for treating the elderly like this. No supplies, no linens, no gloves. Disgusting.

This place is unprofessional and is should be closed for business. The administrator Brian and the director of nursing Donna are never available and have no knowledge of the agency's core values. They both are unprofessional and are never accountable and pin mistakes on staff. Unless you have time to visit you relative daily, DO Not put them in this place. This place is unkept and dirty. I have witnessed roaches in the elevator and several mice traps. The staff are lazy and allow patience to sit in soiled clothing. If I had a choice, I would allow my dog to stay there. I am in the process of removing my relative immediately.

I can not say enough good things about the staff at Milton Healthcare! My Father came in for short term rehab and was so happy with the care and the rehab staff really pushed him and got my father back to a higher level of functioning then before he got sick.

This is a dangerous place to be a patient. The directors consist of individuals who have repeatedly been fired management jobs and individuals with less than a year of clinical experience. They basically commit insurance fraud by submitting for skilled-nursing treatments that they don't even have supplies in-house to actual do. If their census is low - you better not get sick, b/c they won't transfer you to a hospital until its an absolute emergency - they don't want to miss out on the payment... No one should ever be subjected to this sub-standard level of care.

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting.
