I recently visited a family member there that I just was informed of being a patient there. The smell was horrendous. Very minimal staff that were too busy to assist us. My family member had numerous complaints among being unclean, wet, and without oral care. Her toenails were an inch too long and unclean. Her extremity contracted and therapy ineffective. In the process of transferring her at the present time.

The staff at this facility was very professional. They answered all my questions and it had a homelike feel. There were no smells in this home like I have smelled at other places and seemed very clean. I have been very happy with this home and my family member loves the staff.
