worst place in the world to put your loved one was a nightmare horrible service NO drs around nurses needed attitude adjustments food was horrific same exact food every single day ugh cold and disgusting.call for assistance touse bathroom ha might as well bring a pan if you ever should put anyone you really love there,they should be closed down a disgraceful place.trust me i spent 5 agonozing days there 5 too much.would not put it pass them to abuse there patients .

This place was terrible...a complete nightmare. They never had enough help! My great grandmother died there. Please don't put a loved one there.

I spent 9 days at Mercy in June 2013 after hip replacement surgery. I received excellent care. Even the food was good. The staff made the stay fun. The PT people really knew their stuff. I have nothing but praise for this facility. The CNAs are worth their weight in gold ----- I'm sure they are not paid anywhere near their worth. I would recommend Mercy without hesitation.

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

I went to visit my friend there who has Huntington's Disease today. She was very dirty looking and her hair was very greasy. She is of sane and lucid mind and she informed me that it had been 5 days since she had been bathed. I spoke with a patient advocate who informed me that baths are only provided twice a week! Not only was she dirty, but her room was disgusting. Every surface was grimy and sticky. My feet were sticking to the floor when I walked in. Food has not been allowed in her room for months so I am not sure why her floor would be so gross. Do not put anybody you love in this neglectful environment!
