Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not at all, the equipment is dangerous!

Definitely! I was shocked and horrified!

The nurses and aids are usually great! Way too good for this place. The management is atrocious. I've seen people that have worked there for over 20 years let go on a whim, or on the false word of someone's favorite. If you are not one of "upper managements" pets then they will find a reason to get rid of you and replace you with someone from their previous facilities. Knowing all the while you won't sue for wrongful termination because you are now unemployed and never really made enough to afford justice anyway. My advice to anyone working there would be "Get out now". Anyone looking for work here? Any other place is going to be better. The DON's name is Tom and he is a terrible excuse for a human being, forget management material. I have not been a resident nor an employee this is the review of an outsider looking in. I've never seen such a sorry excuse for management and lack of professionalism. It is borderline sociopath. And these people are in charge of the lives of the elderly? I would not give them charge over my excrement. How this type of conduct is allowed in the Mercy network is mind blowing. This is supposed to be a Christian network? So, yea wrongfully fire employee's that have families to feed....Sounds very christian.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They provide care for my Mother and do an excellent job. I would recommend Schroder to everyone who is looking for a high quality facility to help a loved one.
