When my mother was in the Menorah House, I found out, to my regret, that her calls for help were ignored . And when , at night, I called asking for someone to go to her room, no aide went there AND one morning when I came to visit her, I found her on the floor, having fallen out of bed and not one person had checked on her all night. This is not a place I can recommend.

Menorah House is central to most amenities in Boca. They provide a caring , loving, and clean environment for our elderly population. Nurses goes beyond to take care of their needs, they not only provide medical attention but their emotional needs also. The staff loves to participate in fun activities with residents making it a homelike environment. To experience Menorah is to experience LOVE.

I was recently a patient at Menorah House after have knee surgery. I was very nervous about going into a rehab facility, but the staff at Menorah made me feel welcome and comfortable from the time I was admitted until I was discharged. The nursing staff was attentive to all my needs. My meds were on time and the aids were always there whenever I needed help. The rehab department was excellent, the staff is knowledgeable and motivating. I would highly recommend Menorah House to any of my friends or family.

My mother was recently at Menorah House for rehab. She was admitted after having a fall and breaking her hip along with other problems . The staff at Menorah was courteous and attentive, from their rep that visited mom at the hospital to social services that initiated her discharge. The rehab department went above and beyond with her therapy and the nursing staff was available to her needs. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for great care and excellent therapy. The administrator was available to us at all times for anything we needed. I am greatful to the staff at Menorah for getting my mother back to herself.

My mother was hospitalized for a bad infection and and had such a decline that we had her in multiple skilled nursing facilities. After poor experiences at these other places we decided to transfer mom to Menorah House. The rehab did an amazing job with her there. They were able to get my mom out of the wheelchair and walking again. She was able to return home with my dad. The therapists and nursing staff provided a pleasant experience far above the previous facilities. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Some of the nursing staff was great. Most of the aides left a lot to be desired. Don't bring any valuables, including lose change. Gave my loved one the wrong medication for almost two months. Because of their error, resident was put on hospice, which the resident did not need. Wounds never healed. Their treatment plans were ineffective and the resident was made worse. I would recommend you keep looking, you will easily find a better nursing home.

They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I got a few answers here and there to my questions. Physical and Occupational Theray Department was GREAT.

I have nothing but rave reviews for the care my father got at Menorah House. He recovered and even made some new friends. Everyone from the girl that met us at the hospital to the discarge planning staff was wonderful. He may even go back for out-patient therapy if he needs it.
