Admission person was kind when I looked at place for a relative to possibly move into but heard admin mgmts follow up on matters brought to them is lacking.

Poor management, lack of enthusiasm by staff...doesn't seem like happy place to work place...and this will show in the quality of resident care

My aunt, mother and my cousin's wife's mother have all been in the care of the McAuley Hall team. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've visited, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. When and if I need nursing home care I hope that I will be able to be at McAuley Hall.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
