Excellent Rehab Center for my 91 year old mother who broke her leg. Superior Physical Therapy on site that cannot be matched. They have helped my mother recover so much more than we expected and they are one step ahead of everything here. Nurses, aides and all staff are so friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. We are so relieved to have found this center so close to our home, we could not be happier. The place is kept spotless and my mother is happy with the home cooked meals here. The aides & nurses are so great getting my mother into and out of a wheel chair - my mom has very limited mobility and they are amazing! Our whole family can say nothing but high praise for Melora Manor and we know others who have also stayed here and they also give highest praise for Melora Manor. It is such a relief and it gives peace of mind to all of our family members to know that my mother is safe and very well taken care of by people who really care and know their profession. I give my highest recommendation without reservation!

This place stunk to high heaven when I walked in, my husband begged me not to leave him here, there was no way I was going to leave my husband there.

Staff manipulates residents with mental impairment to write checks to prepay fully for care! Horrid rooms with 3 people in one ward, tiny shared bathroom. Too many social workers, staff with differing and conflicting information about the patient, costs, insurance etc.
Marlora is all about getting the beds filled and trying to hold onto those patients. Claim they are all about patient 'safety' but only interested in getting paid for body in a bed.
Dismal, depressing, congested. That's Marlora.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The office was easy enough to find.
