These nurses are arrogant, unhelpful and continually ignore patients please for help. Press the red bed button and response time is about 17 minutes. Pull the help button in the bathroom....about 7-10 minutes...This is NOT patient care! Let the patient sit in pool of urine for hours!! Bed sores!! Where do I stop??
