They need to pay attention to their patients, As family we should not have to beg for someone to get a shower!! I am so sick of the way the patients get treated!! This will not be the last thing I say about this place, I promise you will hear from me again!

While visiting my grandmother, I found her sitting alone in the cafeteria, staring in space. Several of the other residents were there as well.

It was lunch time and they were preparing their lunch trays. I witnessed one nurse, reach out and smack a resident's hand and very loudly told him NO, you have to wait !!

She also smacked another resident's hand and told her NO, that is not your plate, wait your turn.

As I did not want my grandmother treated harshly I chose not to say anything. Now I wish I would have, as I would not want my loved one smacked.

The facility was extremely clean though - which is why I gave it 3 stars

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

This nursing home is one of the worse you could ever put a loved one in. On April 26,2014 my longtime friend/family member died at this hell hole. Patients aren't supervised like they should be and as a result she chocked to death on peanut butter on the Salon Unit. Ohio State Health Department investigated and found that all of my complaints was found to be true. I don't believe anything will change and if it does it is only to cover their back sides for a short time. I have talked to other people who has had the same or close too the same happen to there loved ones. I have heard that the STNA are under an union and can get by with anything. I will continue to let everyone know what happened.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
