They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They offer great pricing and work with many different payment options. This nursing facility was very clean and well-maintained. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected the residents and those visiting. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their office was nice and quiet. Great place!

They had posted cna positions online and I had went in and filled out a application...well I got hired for full time well I had never got a call back from anyone until I had to call and call on when I would start...well the girl shamack said well we don't have anything open so I have all your info on file and ill call you when there is an opening...well shamack.. I will be contacting IDPH for false and misleading information on job openings at your facility... And you should know who I am!! I am MAD!! I took all my time in interviewing and bought my scrubs and now you don't any anything open..
