They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered the safety of their patients more important than their schedule.
This Care Center should be shut down and start a new one.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
