The food here is disgusting!! I was on a lactose free diet as were several others. Every meal had cheese my room was either so hot I was wet with sweat or so cold I had to stay under the covers and milk. I was served custard When I refused it I was told it was lactose free because it was made with powdered milk. I chose ham sandwich instead of lobster bisque. It came with two slices of cheese. Once the helper forgot to take lunch meat out to thaw. That became a cheese sandwich. Kitchen education was sadly lacking. Lactose intolerance is serious and very painful. I lost 13 pounds the month I was there. The nursing was 160%everything was top notch but the food. Need dietary education
