I DO NOT recommend this facility! They have no idea what is going on with the patients. They can't answer questions about her medical diagnosis,her prognosis, when blood work will be done, how her therapy is going.They don't know if she still has an infection or not?! Really?? They schedule doctor appointments without your knowledge and then CAN'T provide the transportation to it.The are oblivious to malfunctioning medical devices and equipment. Came out of care plan meeting disgusted. Got no information whatsoever. Not one question answered from upper management. Assistant Director of Nursing was very rude and condescending. One star for a few nice employees.The care plan meeting was a total waste of time! Avoid this facility!! Lots of RED FLAGS!!

Many of the staff were not compassionate or even nice to residents. Not sure why they would want the job they are doing. Administration is not responsive to concerns.

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
