Overall I consider this a very clean facility and am pretty happy with the care my mother receives. The nurses and aides seem very caring.
I was a bit put off by the music being played, which is 70's and 80's music. The music that the patients are most familiar with would be from the 30's-50's. I requested that they play music with which they would identify better ....since so many have dementia.....but nothing happened. I think they prefer to cater to the staff desires vs. the patients' regarding music.

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
