The director is the rudest, most dishonest person I have ever encountered. She deceived us several times and got very hateful when we called her on it.
The food is awful and the dietitian is also a liar.
The nursing staff is nice and most seem caring and efficient, but the director can't keep her stories straight.
We are looking for a better facility. I recommend that everyone should look elsewhere, too.

My family has been very happy with Linwood Village up to this point at 1 month. The employees are courteous and responsive. We make regular visits to my mother, and make certain that her needs are being met. They allow visitors to have meals with loved ones, for a nominal price of $3.00 per ticket. The food is always nourishing and tasty. The premises are always clean & odor free. I've very pleased with her care.

Nursing staff appeared adequate, but office administrator kept answering her cell phone and didn't seem interested in answering my questions about getting my mother admitted. Lobby was cluttered and did not smell good. Have since found a better place for my mom. Would not recommend this home to anyone. Very disappointed. Too bad- the building looked nice.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs
