Rude employees from the top down. After one week in their "rehab" program, received less than one hour of therapy. Management is condescending and very unprofessional. Their doctor cuts medication for all patients as he doesn't believe in it. Patients stay in their room ALL day, don't eat in the dining area and call lights are ignored. Stay away from this place and don't allow your loved one to be placed here. One star is required for posting.

The nursing staff except for one are under trained and actually do unsanitary and potentially dangerous procedures. The food and food service is, for better words, horrible. The doctor assigned to us was a joke. Would no listen to us, just gave instruction and walked out of room. Trying to talk to him was all but impossible. MikeThe rehabilitation staff and environment I would give a GOOD GRADE to. They were great. This is the third rehabilitation facility we used in the past year and it is without a doubt the worse for non rehabilitation services. Rehabilitation services 4 stars, rest of services 0 star.

Their phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

There is absolutely no way that I'd ever recommend this place to anyone. The initial team we met that told my family of the treatment plan my mother would undergo were great. However, their CNA's are lazy and lacked empathy skills "REQUIRED" of them caring for our seniors. My mother would be waiting for hours to be dressed, they were late giving her medication, and to make matters worse the staff member's were very incompetent, every time they changed shifts no one had sense enough to read her chart that stated that she couldn't walk, and would continually ask her the same stupid question, "Can you walk." Their communications skills with one another as a staff was shameful. Also, when calling the front desk after 6p.m. the desk clerk didn't even know her room number, and I was left on hold for at least 5 minutes of the three of times I called. Often I would be very apprehensive in leaving because I knew of the treatment she would receive once I was gone. Overall, I was very disappointed, and I believe the" state" should look into this maltreatment of our elderly, in knowing that all of us will be in our parents shoes one day. This would not be the treatment I would be looking forward to when I become a senior in my worse nightmare.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are always short staffed and the aides they do have are lazy. Care for the residents is not what it should be. The director, director of nurses, and assistant director of nurses blows off questions and concerns you have for your loved one. Overall they need a major "house cleaning" of the upper staff members. The nurses are unappreciated by them.
