Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. The nurses are absoulty terrible they all just stayed around talking to each other. Im sure none of them are qualified. I was horrified at how bad they represented this facility, They do not care about the clients. If the client complains of a problem they just say its in there head and do nothing about it. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
