This facility does not even deserve one star...... I was so hopeful that this nursing home would be better than the horror of Glen Burnie on Libby. Boy was I wrong. The admission staff Doyle was great.... However, once my mother got there it was a nightmare. There is only one or two CNA's and nurses that actually care about their jobs and care for the residents there. The rest of the CNA's and nurses are ROTTEN! My mother rang the bell and they would not come, if they did come it would be hours later. My mother was supposed to be repositioned every 2 hours, that wasn't happening. They were supposed to change her brief every 2 hours, that wasn't happening. She was supposed to get breathing treatments 4 times a day, she was luck to get one. Very sad how nursing homes are able to charge a fortune for HORRIBLE care.... Oh, and my mothers credit card was STOLEN from her wallet that was in her purse, in a drawer. This place is very nice on the outside, and the inside is well kept, but if you want your loved one to be taken care of do NOT send them to Lexington Court. They are short staffed and do not give a hoot about your loved one.

My mother has passed on, and I am so glad that she did not live her last days in this NIGHTMARE of a facility.

Hi there. I have had to rely on several nursing facilities in my time (mostly due to surgeries by a not-so-good Dr.) and I have found this facility to be the closest to a 5-star of any others. I chose Lexington Ct. 6 times and was never sorry for my decisions. This was due primarily to a responsive staff, well-prepared food that even a picky eater like myself enjoyed (thoroughly).. Due to personnel changes you may experience variations at some nursing facilities but Lexington Ct. was always good for me. / When choosing a facility for your loved one you'll find that each patient will have a unique experience. If you want "really good" this facility comes closer than most. Thank You.

My ex mother-in-law has been at this facility for the last three months. She was put there when her son was suddenly hospitalized (he was her caregiver) and there was no one to take care of her needs. I have been there on more than several occasions and it is very nice and sweet smelling on the main floor.with very modern up to date living facilities. I was very impressed. Upon getting on the elevator and getting off at the second floor is like being thrust into the "twilight zone,".The stench of urine is so strong along with other foul odors. The floors in the rooms are dirty with old furniture. I can only assume this must be the floor for the medicade patients. My grand children hold their finger under their noses when they go up to the second floor and are always in a hurry to leave. I truly pray her son a speedy recovery so he can hurry and get his mom back home.

No, I don't think they've ever cleaned it

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
