I would never recommend this facility to anyone based on the facts that they are terribly understaffed, have no compassion for the patients, and do not provide the type or level of care that seriously ill patients need. My mother was allowed to sit in her chair and eventually soil her underwear after repeatedly calling for assistance to the bathroom. She went for days without bathing She had doctors' orders for medication that was not given to her until we and hospice nurses intervened. A couple times, she was not given meals. For the most part, the worst staff was the night shift, who didn't respond to her calls, and who talked to her using terrible language and unbelievable disrespect. I would never consider this facility for a loved family member.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I couldn't believe how cold it was in their office. I was honestly starting to get numb from the cold. It felt just like I was outside in the snow. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They should be a shame to call them selves CHRISTIANS.... They would rather lie when the truth would do them better.
