Went there today was worried after reading other post. Visited a long time family friend who now lives on there garden court. Was very happy with what I saw. There was a staff member helping residents make holiday items. Staff welcomed me and answered any thing I asked. Very pleased.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The staff was wonderful. I thought LeRoy Manor was very clean. I could not have found better care for my mother, during the last few weeks of her life, and I am very grateful.

I worked there. Trust me if you care about your relatives, stay far away from Leroy Manor. They treat their staff like dogs. The administrator Andy is a train wreck and thinks she is above the law or she's just stupid and doesn't care. The place is dirty and constantly has bug infestations of roaches and water bugs. Garden Court will keep your family member unsafe as they like to bring in physically abusive people that injure other residents and staff with no action. You would be smart to move on from this hole of a place!

When i went to visit my family member in this place I was horrified. The whole entire place smelled like urine. The clients were walking amlessly inside and out without any supervision. I was able to walk in and search every floor and room for my family member without every seeing a staff member. All the clients do all day is lay in their beds waiting to die and walk amessly inside and out of the facility unsupervised. This is a poor representation of Gennesse County and how they treat their residents. The staff is uncaring and only cares about their paychecks. They mismanage patients money even when they do not have the authority to do so. You can only find them in their offices (when they are there). They never spend time withthe patients they just tell them to go away. They are liars and will deny and lie about your family members circumstances just to save their tail. I cannot wait to get my family member out. Anyone who puts their loved one in here needs to go visit, you will change your mind the first time. This ins no place for a human being, not even an animal.
