Father in law was taken there after a fall for rehab.
into a month of rehab - and he falls - breaks a hip and nurses picked him up off the floor and put him in a chair - no 911 was called - EVERY person with common sense knows this is a LARGE no-no! now our hopes of him coming home to our house is shattered.
Transferred him to hospital - broken hip and needed surgery.
Now he is in another place - a better place from when we can tell.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.
