I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. Had bad experience with very rude person could not answer simple questions ... i believe she was not supervisor but very unprofessional and caused a very bad impression in responses. I believe last name was Mendoza.

Yes, it was downright irritating!

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

No, I didn't feel comfortable at all
