The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
