My family member has not received the proper care at this place. They tend to ignor her if she needs help. She has fallen many times and has had bruises and stiches beside hurting from the falls. They over medicate her by giving her drugs that put her in a state where she can not even stand on her own, beside drolling and her face in her food. Specking to the Adminstrative staff is useless, I've experienced it goes in one ear and out the other. I've lost count on how many times they have sent her out to hospitals for mental care.I think in fact they need to look more into what the paitents needs are instead of doping them up. It is scary that my loved one is in this place because she can not afford the care she needs. She has been there for a year now and has lost 100lbs. Lost muscle because of not receiving the proper therpy. The food in this place is aweful, One of the dinners was a minced up hot dog on a piece of white bread, with beets, fruit, and beans, Hell-o what kind of meal is that? At times you can walk thru the halls and the smell is terrible. My advise is for anyone thinking of going to this place, think again. My rating is 0, they are also under staff of Nurses and CNA's :(

I have a love one in this facility and I would rather die on the street than stay there. I do not care for the way some people are treated there. My love one has many health issues and is not getting the proper care they need. I have witness patients not getting help in a timely manner. I think they are always short on staff, and if you try calling their on the phone wanting to speak with someone in regards to your love one, you very seldom will get through or are on hold forever.

This is most definetley the worst facility I have ever visited. The staff was incompetant. The placed smelled and visually dirty. The residents were dirty and looked as if they would hurt some of the elderly patients! I talked to some of the staff with the feeling that could barely understand english. This is a potential place for a disaster! DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!
