I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I waited forever for my appointment!

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
