My Mother has been at Ladera Genesis for almost a year. The staff are very caring and compassionate. We have requested to move her to a different room on two occasions and it has made a big difference in her well being. The Facility is kept very clean. There are always activities and physical therapy is available to keep muscles strong. All the Holidays are celebrated and the atmosphere is uplifting. I can rest now knowing my Mom is in good hands!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me

I had to wait for a little while.

I felt extremely pressured

Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!
