I had dealings with this center 5 yrs ago and had second thoughts about taking my son there for rehab. Should have gone with my feelings. He is a transplant patient and a brittle diabetic. upon admitting he did not receive his insulin until 5 hrs late. His immune suppresent pills were suppose to be given to him at nite x 3 and in the am x3. when I checked his pills there was only 1 pill gone should have been 6 gone. YES I REMOVED HIM AMA SINCE HE WAS NOT GETTING PROPER CARE MORE IMPORTANTLY CORRECT MEDS.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. The office was easy enough to find. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better.
