Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you?
Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Yes, the equipment is very advanced!

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

I had a love one in the nursing who was not receiving good care. I realize the nurse may have x number of patients but it should not take hours to get service. I thought the purpose of becoming a nurse was to help tge sick. Whats becoming of our facilities. We got to renew the pledge/oath when becoming a nurse.

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute
