My father went in for rehab to get his muscles stronger and walk on his own after an illness, he is getting worse. The staff is unprofessional and lazy. Please do not leve your loved one there! Do whatever it takes to send them elsewhere

This place is the pits, the only time that they do anything is when the STATE is there. Then suddenly, they are all on their best behavior. The senior staff is rude and when asked a question is like you are bothering them. The only one does anything there is the DON, Ana Cabrera. But one can not be going to her every time you need something solved. The senior nurses should be able to solve them without receiving attitudes. The regular nurses, they are like robots, they do what they have to, the less the better. Patients are constantly in need of attention. Now in terms of the CNA's that is a TOTALLY new ballgame. 87% are INCOMPETENT. No Empathy!! When asked for something, they make you feel that they are doing you a great favor and they'll do it after 'their break'. It seems like their are always on break. I am anonymous because the staff can be vengeful against my family member, I saw it with other patients whose family have complained and ignore the patient even more and l leave this patient with feces even longer when the family member leaves. If I had the extra money to move my loved one from this place, I would!!!

I call the switchboard of IHS at Greenbriar to connect with my mother at 305-271-6311 and it took me five times to reach my mother. And when I call the six times to tell the switchboard that my mother was cold or freezing from the air conditioning no replied no answer on the phone it just kept rigging.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not really, but I found a spot

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. Never in my life have I met a more incompetent staff than here. My father was there twice and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
