Ideal is a quality nursing home in the Binghamton area. My middle-aged sister is there, immobile from a neural disease. She was previously at a nearby location. The aids and nurses are caring and treat her as a human being, not a burden. The facilities are kept clean. This feels much more like a home for her, as opposed to an institution.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They left the woman I was visiting to sit in her own urine the entire time I visited which was 90 minutes. I asked for help for her and was told she would have to wait as they were understaffed. I could only wonder what would have happened to her if I had NOT been there.
