Both my parents are at Humboldt North. All of the staff are so caring and they become very attached to the residents. The LPNs and aids are on a constant run with patient care and families need to understand this. It is a very demanding job. There is always room for improvement in any organization or institution. My recommendation would be to hire more aids and to temporarily hire an efficiency pro to evaluate systems that could be put in place.

wasn't impressed - staff looked like cast of Annie rejects and not very attentive to residents. A couple in particular stood out as they seemed to be buddy-buddy, the main character was overweight, missing a front tooth and looked like she was overdo for a hair dye job (gray streak down the middle)

Great facility with great customer service. They treat there residents like they are the number 1 priority and this is exactly why I think they are the best nursing home in Humboldt!!
